Before AI analyzes global social data, enterprises need a data map and purpose limitation: identify enterprise materials, authorized social data, system records, and public information; access scope; processing location; model-training use; retention and deletion; and cross-region processing. Security evaluation should use verifiable facts and the specific solution rather than unverified claims such as highest security standard.
What is available now, limited, or planned
Confirmed facts support review of authorization, access, training boundary, data management, and operating controls.
- Least privilege and enterprise data isolation
- Official authorization, token handling, permissions, and operating logs
- No public-model training without explicit authorization
- Active disconnection, data management, and deletion controls
Data flow, models, location, retention, backup, cross-region processing, and responsibility vary by product and deployment.
- Agent data locations, periods, and model providers require itemized security documentation
- Standard SaaS, OEM, customer cloud, and on-premises responsibilities differ
- No information-security certification is currently public
Step 1: Build a data map instead of asking only whether it is safe
At minimum, separate enterprise materials, authorized social operating data, Smart BIAI assets and task records, and sourced public information. Further classify account identifiers, content, audience and engagement, product information, video and images, voice, prompts, outputs, task status, and logs, and label personal information, trade secrets, third-party rights, or restricted content. Different data risks cannot share one generic rule.
Step 2: Limit purpose, input, and output
For every data type, define whether it supports queries, diagnostics, strategy, content drafts, task execution, or audit, who approves the purpose, and prohibited uses. Uploading enterprise material does not authorize all future tasks, and public availability does not permit unlimited copying or retention. Outputs should distinguish data facts, public information, and AI inference so inference does not become an enterprise fact.
Step 3: Least privilege, enterprise isolation, and credentials
Smart BIAI should access only data the user may use and has explicitly authorized. Social accounts use official OAuth/API authorization without platform passwords and store platform tokens; client sessions and configurations are encrypted and synchronized according to the workflow. Member scope is controlled by role, function, account, and asset-data permissions, with key operating logs. Review access when staff join, transfer, leave, providers change, or authorization expires.
Step 4: Document the model-training boundary
The confirmed principle is that customer materials, business data, product, video, voice, or brand assets are not used for public-model training without explicit authorization. Users can manage and delete data through supported controls. Procurement should also verify model providers, inputs sent to models, output return, provider retention, and differences among model tasks. Unknown matters should be marked for confirmation rather than inferred.
Step 5: Review location, deployment, and cross-region processing
The confirmed Global Social Operations standard-SaaS baseline stores account configuration and operating data in China by default, while selected video and images route to Jakarta for overseas service or Instagram media publishing. This cannot automatically be applied to every Agent data type or enterprise deployment. Standard SaaS, system OEM, customer-controlled cloud, and local-server deployment have different data locations, ownership, and operating responsibility and require a solution-specific data flow and responsibility matrix.
Step 6: Separate retention, disconnection, deletion, and backup
Global Social Operations retains data during subscription and cleans it after 30 days without renewal following expiry; users can also disconnect and clear account configuration. AI Video assets and outputs can be managed and deleted by users. Other products, data types, deployments, and backups may have different periods and responsibilities, so procurement must verify them individually rather than applying website privacy periods for leads, analytics, or logs to product data.
Step 7: Use verifiable controls instead of implied certification
No information-security certification is currently public, so the site does not claim highest international standards or imply unconfirmed certification. Public content can describe official authorization, encryption, least privilege, enterprise isolation, operating logs, active disconnection, deletion, and deployment boundaries. Detailed data flows, model providers, topology, keys, backups, and procurement materials should be shared under controlled access and reviewed by security and legal teams.
Step 8: Validate controls with minimum scope
Pilot with a few accounts, non-sensitive materials, and a defined purpose, and verify authorization scope, member access, fact and inference labels, operating logs, disconnection, deletion, and exception handling. Business, IT, security, privacy, legal, and procurement teams then decide whether to expand data, accounts, models, or markets. Reassess before adding sensitive data, regulated industries, or new cross-region processing.
Procurement checklist: twelve questions requiring written answers
Obtain written answers for twelve items: data processed; purpose per type; access; authorization and revocation; enterprise isolation; model providers; public-model training; data and media location; cross-region processing; retention for data and backups; deletion request and verification; and current certification, testing, log, and incident-response evidence. Unconfirmed matters belong in contract, data-processing agreement, or pre-launch security review actions.
Questions enterprise teams ask
Are enterprise materials used to train public models?
Customer materials, business data, product, video, voice, or brand assets are not used to train public models without explicit customer or user authorization. Model providers, processed inputs and outputs, retention periods, and available management, deletion, or revocation controls should be confirmed for the relevant feature, security documentation, or enterprise plan.
Which data does Smart BIAI Agent use?
Within the authorized scope, the Agent primarily uses enterprise materials, authorized social operating data, Smart BIAI content assets and task records, and sourced public information. Interfaces should label internal data facts, public information, and AI inference separately, with source and retrieval date for public information.
Does social-account connection require passwords?
Smart BIAI does not require you to submit your social-platform password. Depending on the platform and function, accounts are connected through official OAuth/API authorization, platform-issued tokens, or controlled sessions. Related tokens, sessions, and configuration are encrypted and managed according to the applicable workflow. Available permissions, validity, and connection methods depend on platform rules, account type, region, and the scope granted by the user.
Where is product data stored?
The confirmed Global Social Operations standard-SaaS baseline stores account configuration and operating data in China, with selected video and images routed to Jakarta for overseas service or Instagram publishing. Agent, AI Video, and enterprise-deployment locations require separate confirmation by data type and plan.
How do expiry, disconnection, and deletion differ?
Global Social Operations retains data during subscription and cleans it after 30 days without renewal following expiry; users can disconnect and clear account configuration. Other product data and backup periods may differ and should be verified in product security and privacy documentation.
Does Smart BIAI have a public information-security certification?
No information-security certification is currently public, so unverified claims such as highest security standard are not used. Enterprises may request controlled data-flow, deployment, and procurement documentation for scope-specific review.
Do website privacy periods equal product-data periods?
No. Website leads, analytics, and security logs differ from product accounts, operating data, assets, model inputs and outputs, and enterprise deployments. Verify each under the applicable privacy, security, and enterprise agreement.
