How Smart BIAI connects AI video creation, social operations, and the Agent

AI Video Creation, Global Social Operations, and the Agent are three peer capabilities that can be used independently. In a connected workflow, the Agent can link enterprise context and authorized data with content tasks, distribution status, and next actions within the available scope.

CONNECTED WORKFLOW

A five-step loop from enterprise data to the next action

Enterprises can start with any capability. When cross-stage coordination is needed, the Agent connects analysis, production, distribution, and review within the authorized scope.

  1. 01Define markets, accounts, data scope, content objectives, and team responsibilities
  2. 02The Agent uses enterprise context, authorized operating data, and system records to prepare diagnostics and task drafts
  3. 03AI Video Creation generates, localizes, remixes, and prepares branded variants
  4. 04After team review, Global Social Operations distributes by account, timezone, and rule and records status
  5. 05Returned operating data supports review and the next set of actions for confirmation

CAPABILITY STATUS

What is available now, limited, or planned

Available now

Each capability has an independently usable product workflow.

  • AI video generation, localization, remixing, and brand finishing
  • Account, asset, permission, distribution, and data management across four global platforms
  • Queries, diagnostics, strategy, and content planning based on enterprise context and authorized data
  • Initiating-user confirmation before batch operations, resource use, and external publishing
Available by scope

Cross-module task coordination, data sources, and executable actions depend on accounts, permissions, plan, and scenario.

  • Cross-module handoff after the Agent prepares video or distribution task drafts
  • Data synchronization frequency and metrics depend on platform interfaces
  • Analysis of real enterprise data requires the relevant authorization and permission setup
Planned

The following areas are not current capability commitments.

  • Comment sentiment analysis and public-opinion alerts
  • More complete customer-demand insights
  • More complete cross-module automation
01

Three capabilities, not one bundled feature

AI Video Creation, Global Social Operations, and Smart BIAI Agent are peer product capabilities. An enterprise may use one or combine them around its workflow; AI Video or Global Social Operations does not require first purchasing or passing through the Agent. Coordination reduces repeated handoffs between data, content, publishing, and review rather than forcing a bundle.

02

How the Agent turns data into task drafts

Within permission scope, the Agent combines enterprise materials, authorized social operating data, Smart BIAI content assets and task records, and sourced public information for data queries, diagnostics, market and brand strategy, content planning, and task drafts. The interface distinguishes data facts, public information, and AI inference. The Agent provides reasoning and recommendations rather than replacing major enterprise decisions.

03

How content strategy enters AI Video Creation

When analysis needs to become content action, the Agent can prepare themes, series ideas, scripts, storyboards, prompts, test hypotheses, and video-task drafts for confirmation. AI Video Creation then starts from product links, text, images, or source footage to generate, translate voice and subtitles across 30+ languages, remix, and apply brand finishing. Model, volume, duration, resolution, and expected credit use should be confirmed before a batch task.

04

How reviewed content enters Global Social Operations

After teams review product facts, brand expression, asset rights, subtitles and voice, visual quality, and AI-content disclosure, Global Social Operations can create distribution tasks by TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook account, timezone, publishing time, cadence, asset scope, and reuse rule, then record scheduled, running, successful, failed, and retry states. Availability depends on platform interfaces, account type, region, and authorization.

05

How returned data informs the next action

After Global Social Operations synchronizes account, content, and engagement data, the Agent can compare performance, explain anomalies, and prepare the next content test or operating task draft within an explicit account scope, time range, and synchronization time. Data is synchronized periodically rather than representing real-time monitoring of the entire web, and conclusions are also affected by brand, content, account baseline, timing, and platform algorithms.

06

Where team confirmation remains required

For batch operations, resource consumption, or external publishing, the system should first show target accounts, timing, task volume, content scope, and potential consumption before the initiating user confirms. This confirmation is not equivalent to a multi-role, multi-level enterprise approval workflow. Full approval workflows, SSO, full-web social listening, and unattended operation should not be presented as current capabilities.

07

Where an enterprise should start

Start with AI Video Creation when content supply is the bottleneck; start with Global Social Operations when accounts, assets, and cross-market distribution are complex; start with the Agent when sustained operating data exists and the team needs to move from diagnosis to coordinated tasks. Choose one market, business line, or content structure, record the human baseline and measurement period, and then decide whether to connect more capabilities.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions enterprise teams ask

Must all three capabilities be purchased together?

No. The three capabilities are peers and can be used independently or combined around the enterprise's existing workflow. Plans and activation scope are confirmed against actual requirements.

Is the Agent required before using AI Video or Global Social Operations?

No. Enterprises can use AI Video Creation or Global Social Operations directly. Agent coordination is relevant when authorized data analysis, content tasks, distribution results, and next actions need to be connected within the available scope.

Can the Agent directly generate and publish every video?

The Agent primarily prepares strategy, content plans, and task drafts. AI Video Creation processes video tasks, and Global Social Operations handles distribution. User confirmation is required before batch operations, resource consumption, or external publishing.

What data can flow between the three capabilities?

Within authorization and permission scope, the workflow can connect enterprise materials, content assets, task records, account and content operating data, and sourced public information. Available data, synchronization time, and execution scope follow the activated configuration.

Does this enable unattended operation?

No. High-impact operations still require confirmation, and teams remain responsible for brand, factual accuracy, asset rights, local culture, platform rules, and business judgment. Unattended operation is not a current commitment.

How should an enterprise evaluate the connected workflow?

Choose one real market, business line, or content scenario; define accounts, assets, permissions, task volume, human baseline, and measurement period; validate one analysis-to-production-to-distribution-to-review workflow before expanding languages, accounts, and teams.
